Hydrating your skin and detoxifying your system, this treatment will leave your mind renewed and body restored. Your skin is gently dry brushed and then warm oil with vitamins and antioxidants is applied. Your body is relaxed then wrapped while a warm oil scalp massage and mini cold stone facial relieves your tension. PARADISE RITUAL WRAP
Your ritual begins with a deep pore – cleansing exfoliation using a coconut crème scrub, followed by a relaxing wrap and scalp treatment with coconut oil. You are then painted with coconut body butter to promote hydration, nourishing and repairing damage to the deepest layer of your skin. 80 minutes

BANANA LEAF WRAP
Incense greets you when you arrive for your tradition Fijian floral foot bath. Next, your skin is prepared with a series of aromatic blends. Then a body wrap of fresh banana leaves envelop you. Our banana wrap is a unique experience that leaves you fully relaxed, with silky smooth skin.

ROYAL MILK & HONEY RITUAL
This treatment is designed to hydrate, nourish, tighten and strengthen the skin. Organic Cane Sugar combined with exotic drift nut oils gently exfoliates the skin. Next, a moisturizing honey masque high in antioxidants and vitamins is applied and gently massaged into the skin using warm stones. A Fijian Scalp Treatment concludes this ritual leaving your body soothed and replenished by a little bit of island milk and honey. 80 minutes

SIGNATURE WARM SEA SHELL MASSAGE
Experience a tropical warm sea shell massage combined with bliss exotic oil to release tension, restore balance and increase positive energy flow. The warm sea shells are used to gently encourage sore muscles to relax and surrender as circulation increases, bringing a sense of total well being and harmony. 60 minutes

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stone massage is a complete experience. It is deeply relaxing yet energizing. All systems of the body are stimulated including the lymphatic and circulatory, so excellent for poor circulation and water retention. Dramatically reduces toxins and wastes stored in your body tissues. Helps to clear your body waste after illness, cold and flu. Reduces fluid build up in limbs, particularly after periods of inactivity and improves sluggish metabolism. 90 minutes

COCONUT CRÈME BODY GLOW
A “must” prior to hitting the ‘hot’ Fijian sun. Relax in the hands of our talented therapists as they massaged tiny polishing beads of coconut and pineapple extracts that will buff away dull skin cells and unclog pores. Your body will then be moisturized with Hydrating Body Lotion. This is a perfect prelude to a full body massage. 30minutes

FIJIAN ‘RAW SUGAR’RUB
Relax and enjoy as milk from the coconut combined with macadamia and coconut oil are gently massaged into the skin followed by an application of pure cane sugar and tropical nut oils ridding the body of dead skin, revealing new healthy skin as well as strengthening the skins elasticity and replenishing moisture loss. This treatment is best followed a full body massage from our massage menu. 60 minutes

AFTER SUN / SUN BURN REVIVER
Tropical dilo nut oil works wonders on sun burns and other skin irritations. After a day in the sun, revive your skin with this 3- step relief treatment. Your body will be wrapped for 20 minutes with a sun – burn relief dilo gel. While in the “cocoon” and relaxing, you will receive a scalp massage to soothe your mind. The treatment is completed by the application of Dilo Rescue Spray. 50 minutes

BEQA LAGOON MASSAGES

LOMILOMI
This soothing full- body massage incorporates several body work styles. Exotic coconut oil, a local favorite, is massaged into the skin and slowly your body will begin to relax and the tension will dissipate – harmony then prevails in body, mind and soul. 60 minutes

DEEP TISSUE
This massage is a must for the person who holds a lot of tension in their back, neck and shoulders. Deep pressure is applied to trigger points, which allow the body to simultaneously relax and release muscle aches and pains. We recommend the 90 minutes massage should you wish that “extra special” bit of attention.

BEQA LAGOON SIGNATURE MASSAGE
This massage incorporates the above two massages into one to bring about the best results in mind and body relaxation. Your back, neck and shoulders receive extra attention to reduce “work” tension while the rest of you is soothed and stretched into heavenly bliss. For total body indulgence we recommend the 90 minutes massage as extra time is spent on the feet, face and scalp.

For those of who cannot spare 60 minutes or are 1st time ‘Spa goers’ we suggest this wonderful ‘taste’. SHIODARAH
A fine stream of warm exotic coconut oil or exotic coconut milk is poured over the third eye [pressure point between the eye brows].This treatment stimulates neuro–chemicals such as serotonin, which promotes happiness and calm state of mind. A scalp massage follows, alleviating any tension whilst nourishing and conditioning the scalp and hair.

Reduce stress and improve circulation through the healing powers of acupressure. This therapy focuses on sensitive pressure points of your feet, found to relate to other areas of the body promoting total well being.

JET LAG RECOVERY MASSAGE
Settle into the Island Life with this soothing and re-balancing. Essential oil will penetrate your skin via the skilful hands of your therapist using specific techniques to soothe and de-stress you back neck and shoulders. Your legs and feet will be re-energized with the application of a soothing gel that has a “cold effect” to decongest, alleviate heaviness and reduce puffy ankles. 45minutes

This treatment is based on the complimentary action of exotic drift nuts and natural fruit enzymes eliminating dead cells and impurities with exfoliating masque. MANICURE

Relax and enjoy whilst the manicurist rubs raw sugar onto your hands and forearms. Your cuticles will be soften and made tidy and your nails filed and shaped. PEDICURE
Feet are soften with a gentle exfoliation and a light hydrating massage. Your nails and cuticles will be treated and conditioned. Nails are finished to perfection with your choice of color. 40 minutes

It takes two to Be My Honey! Relax on Beqa Lagoon SPA by booking your ‘Be My Honey’. You will both receive Honey & Milk Raw Sugar rub to deep cleanse and remove dry, dead skin cells prior to a full body massage with exotic massage oil or luxurious body butter to melt your sense. 2 hours

ISLAND DREAM
This journey starts with a warm milk bath foot soak to soften and refresh the feet, then buff away rough skin with the sugar rub. Clients can then relax on the treatment bed where the application of the raw sugar rub is applied to the back followed by Lomilomi massage. A foot mask using body butter is applied and feet are wrapped. Face is cleansed and facial massage is then performed. The treatment concludes with a conditioning hair and scalp ritual.
