![]() Aloha and Bula, I would like to take this opportunity to talk about my experience working with McCoy Custom Travel. I will be starting my eighth year with the company in March 2005 and it has been a wonderful and learning experience. Not only have I had the chance to learn and grow with the company but have had awesome experiences and incredible journeys, these memories will be with me forever. I started working in our main office on Maui but eventually became an outside agent and moved to Florida. In the age of computers I was able to keep my position and get the highest quality leads in the travel market today. I have a consistent flow of leads that keep me busy on a fulltime basis and I make a great living! In addition, I have a very consistent flow of repeat clients and their referrals. We also have a highly committed and supportive in house staff, the Sales Team, Document and Accounting Departments and Management Staff are always there to help and provide you with current travel information and resort specials. Not only do I get one of the highest commissions in the industry I get many perks like free hotel nights, trips to work in our Hawaii Office, numerous trips to Fiji and discounted travel throughout the world. With the office being located on Maui there are always free nights, company dinners and site inspections at all the major Hawaii Resorts. I have just returned from my fifth trip to the Fiji Islands and each time it becomes even more special to me. I truly enjoy having the chance to share this first hand knowledge and experience with each and every client as I get to relive the journey in my own mind. These kinds of perks help to keep you fresh, motivated and give you something to look forward to. I have also had the opportunity to meet many of the resort owners and managers, this is a real plus when working with such awesome and remote properties. I
think that my time with the company will speak for itself. It
has been a great seven years and I look forward to number eight
and the years beyond. Mark |
