Discover the spirit of Yoga with Kim Orenstein
Feb 28-Mar 7, 2005
At
the eco-elegant and exotic Eco-Resort Papageno, located on the
island of Kadavu. Let a yoga adventure to Fiji be a vessel for
rediscovering your inner-peace and an opportunity to deepen your
yoga practice within the rich culture and unhurried rhythm of South
Pacific life.
Enjoy a daily yoga practice each morning in the yoga shala
(studio) on the beach, 50 feet from the sea. Beginning with the
breath and moving to a place of inner focus these guided practices
will help you discover a deeper inner strength and greater fluidity
that you can call upon as you are challenged to go gradually into
more challenging asanas. Evening practices will consist of gentle
asana, pranayama and contemplation/meditation.
Please bring your own props: mat, strap, blocks and one yoga
